This award-winning digital bank is looking to appoint an experienced employment counsel to its Employee Relations team in London.
In this role, you will play an integral part in shaping HR strategies, advising on the full employment law spectrum across advisory (contentious and non-contentious) matters, and supporting corporate activities such as M&A.
The ideal candidate will have trained and qualified at a top City law firm, with approximately 5 years' PQE advising Financial Services firms, fintechs, and challenger banks. Experience with the FCA's Conduct Rules and Senior Manager & Certification Regime is highly desirable.
