- The firm is seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer to join a growing team as a workplace investigator, responsible for conducting independent, high-quality investigations into sensitive and complex workplace matters.
- The appointed lawyer will have a solid understanding of employment law, including disciplinary and grievance procedures, as well as matters related to discrimination and whistleblowing.
- The firm welcomes applications from solicitors with 3+ years PQE in employment law or experienced HR professionals with a strong, practical understanding of employment legislation.
- The ideal candidate will have experience handling cases involving senior personnel, navigating complex employment law issues, and conducting or advising on workplace investigations.
