An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employment Lawyer seeking a role that offers an alternative to the traditional employment lawyer position within a Top 50 law firm.

1. The firm is seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer to join a growing team as a workplace investigator, responsible for conducting independent, high-quality investigations into sensitive and complex workplace matters.
2. The appointed lawyer will have a solid understanding of employment law, including disciplinary and grievance procedures, as well as matters related to discrimination and whistleblowing.
3. The firm welcomes applications from solicitors with 3+ years PQE in employment law or experienced HR professionals with a strong, practical understanding of employment legislation.
4. The ideal candidate will have experience handling cases involving senior personnel, navigating complex employment law issues, and conducting or advising on workplace investigations.
