The ideal candidate will possess in-house experience in financial services, particularly in investment banking, and be well-versed in employment law across EMEA and Asia. Responsibilities include advising on employment lifecycle issues, drafting key documents, and collaborating with HR and compliance teams to support senior management.

Jefferies is looking to hire an employment lawyer ( years PQE), with in-house experience in a fast-paced financial services environment (preferably investment banking) and/or experience in private practice at a leading firm with a substantial focus on advising a financial institution client-base. International experience is required as responsibilities will include supporting legal and HR issues arising in EMEA and Asia jurisdictions in which the business operates. This Vice President-level role will be based in Jefferies’ London Office and will work closely with senior employment lawyers in the team as well as HR, Compliance to support senior management across corporate and front office business lines.
