The firm is seeking a talented Senior Associate to join its highly regarded Project Finance team in the Middle East. This role offers exposure to high-profile, complex infrastructure and energy transactions, with opportunities to lead deals, develop client relationships, and contribute to team growth in a dynamic and expanding practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading and managing major project finance transactions across key sectors.
• Supervising and mentoring junior team members.
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Supporting cross-border mandates and multi-office collaboration.
• Contributing to business development and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Candidate Profile

• Qualified solicitor (England & Wales or equivalent), ideally with 5–8 years’ PQE.
• Solid experience in project finance from a leading international or regional firm.
• Strong technical capability, commercial acumen, and leadership skills.
• Comfortable managing transactions independently and working in international teams.
• Experience in the Middle East is advantageous but not essential.
