Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Provide day‑to‑day employment advice for employers and employees.
• Negotiate settlement agreements.
• Handle Employment Tribunal work, including advocacy.
• Offer employment aspects of corporate support work (TUPE advice, due diligence, drafting and negotiating employment clauses in transaction documents).
• Develop and nurture a client base.
• Initiate business development activities (articles, webinars, networking).
• Provide leadership and supervision to trainees and junior team members.

Stipend & Compensation

Base pay range: £48,000 – £55,000 per year (paid).
