Job summary

Une pratique spécialisée en droit du travail recherche un avocat talentueux pour un poste entièrement à distance. Vous conseillerez des clients sur des questions contentieuses et non-contentieuses, tout en bénéficiant d'un excellent système de primes et d'un environnement de travail amical et solidaire. Ce rôle est ouvert aux avocats expérimentés avec 3 à 15 ans d'expérience, et un temps partiel est une option.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 ans PQE en droit du travail.
• Expérience en contentieux au tribunal du travail et auprès du High Court.
• Capacité à conseiller sur des sujets non-contentieux.

Responsibilities

• Conseiller sur une gamme complète de questions de droit du travail.
• Représentation en contentieux au tribunal et conseils aux clients.
• Gestion de dossiers pour des clients particuliers et des employeurs.

Job Description:

A niche employment law practice are seeking a talented employment lawyer to join them.

The firm advise on a full range of employment law matters advising both employer and individual clients. They act on contentious matters in the Employment Tribunal and the High Court as well as advising on non-contentious matters including advising senior executives on exit packages.

Due to expansion the firm are seeking an experienced employment lawyer with a minimum of 3 years PQE. Employment lawyers with up to 15 years of experience are encouraged to apply.

The successful candidate will work fully-remotely and an excellent benefits package is on offer including a lucrative bonus scheme.

Full-time is preferred but 4 days a week would also be considered.
