Qualificações

• 2–5 PQE in Employment Law.
• Experience advising on HR issues, dismissals and tribunal matters.
• Ability to build client relationships and provide practical advice.

Responsabilidades

• Advise on employment law matters for businesses and individuals.
• Manage employment tribunal claims and advise on contracts, policies and handbooks.
• Provide HR guidance on restructures, TUPE and absence management.
• Deliver training and foster long-lasting client relationships.
