As a Senior Employment Lawyer, you will provide expert legal advice and representation on complex employment law matters. Your responsibilities include advising clients on a wide range of employment issues, representing them in employment tribunals, and developing strategies to handle employment disputes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic legal advice on complex employment law issues, including discrimination, unfair dismissal, redundancy, and employment contracts.
  • Represent clients in employment tribunals and dispute resolution proceedings.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
  • Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, witness statements, and settlement agreements.
  • Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and external experts to develop effective legal strategies.
