The role focuses on complex international restructuring and supporting various employment law matters. Candidates should have at least 6 years of experience, with in-house experience being particularly valued. The firm offers a supportive environment and strong team collaboration.
One of the world's leading law firms has an exciting opening for an experienced employment lawyer to join the in-house employee relations team. Based in the London office, there will be a strong initial focus on supporting with complex international restructuring and outsourcing projects. You must also be confident at handling a range of employment law and policy work such as ER cases, conduct of claims, contractual T&Cs, employment law updates and training the wider HR team.
The successful candidate will play a key role within a supportive and energetic team. You will have a friendly and pragmatic approach, quickly able to establish strong working relationships with colleagues across the firm. It is envisagedyou will need a minimum of 6 years employment experience, including some gained in-house. Those with experience working in a regulated or partnership environment are particularly encouraged to apply.
