Candidate

The ideal candidate will have solid employment law experience and strong commercial acumen. Producing high-quality work and being a collaborative team player is something this Employment team is searching for, while consistently understanding the needs of their vast network of clients.

• Upon joining the firm you will be tasked with: Working closely with clients to overcome their challenges and setting clear intentions of how to move forward.
• Maintaining relationships with large international organisations, while assisting them in claims, day-to-day advice and business negotiation.
• Ensuring teamwork is a part of your daily working practices.
• Operating in all areas of employment law like closing contracts, high-profile recruitment, benefits packages, employee transitions, post-termination restrictions and rewards to name a few
• Attending complex employment tribunals and representing clients in High Court litigation.
