Employment Solicitor, 2+ Years PQE, Norfolk, £Competitive (DOE) – Are you a driven Employment Solicitor with at least 2 years’ PQE looking to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a proactive and confident lawyer to join this growing Employment Law team as part of long-term succession planning. JOB REF: 0984.

Overview

You will play a key role in advising a varied client base on a full spectrum of employment law issues.

Responsibilities
  • You will be advising on and handling a varied caseload of employment related matters including both contentious and non-contentious related employment cases.
Skills Required / Qualifications
  • A qualified solicitor with 2+ years’ post-qualification experience in employment law
  • More experienced Employment Lawyers looking for the next step in their career are also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong advocacy, negotiation, and client-care skills
  • A solid track record of running your own caseload
  • Confident handling contentious matters including Employment Tribunal cases
  • A team player who is also capable of working independently
  • A genuine interest in supporting employee rights and navigating complex workplace issues
