The Role

A employment lawyer 2pqe+ is sought to join a London based team which focusses on Trade Union matters.

The team has a wealth of expertise in dealing with collective workforce issues, both for employers and trade unions.

They provide pragmatic solutions to help develop productive working relationships with trade unions, often in pressurised situations.

About You
  • An employment lawyer with experience in the industrial relations arena working with employers in a variety of sectors to manage their engagement with trade unions.
  • This may include the recognition of trade unions to collective agreements and bargaining, collective consultation, strike ballots, strike management and injunctions.
  • You should also have knowledge of the provision of authoritative guidance on the legal issues and strategic management of picketing, public demonstrations and social media campaigning.

The firm operates a hybrid agile working policy allowing employees to work from home (or another UK location) for at least 50% of their time. Individuals can also apply for other flexible working options either at the time of recruitment or during the course of their employment.
