Background

Our Employment & Reward Group is recognized as one of the best and most experienced teams in the country. We also advise on senior employment issues like recruitment, termination, compensation, bonus claims, team moves, and restrictive covenants.

The team is increasingly involved in strategic projects like global change management, reward philosophy, and gender pay gap audits.

This growth-focused strategy offers excellent career progression opportunities for Associate lawyers.
