Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 – 4 years post-qualification experience as a Lawyer.
• Experience in employment law and tribunal litigation is essential.

Responsibilities

• Draft legal documents related to employment cases.
• Negotiate settlements with clients.
• Advise corporate clients on buy-outs and TUPE deals.
• Handle tribunal litigation cases.
• Provide daily legal advice to commercial clients.

Salary: £45,000 - £70,000 per annum

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Key document drafting
• Advising on settlement negotiations
• Supporting corporate team in buy-outs and TUPE deals
• Tribunal litigation
• Providing day-to-day advice for standing commercial clients
