Location: Remote, Hybrid, or Office Based (Chester).

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday.

Salary: Up to £55,000 based on experience.

RoleSummary

This role demands a balanced approach to managingboth contentious and non-contentious matters. The successful candidatewill manage their own client base and caseloads with responsibilitiesthat include:

• Providing day-to-day employment law adviceon both contentious and non-contentious issues
• Managingday-to-day client relationships and providing tailored advice to meetclient needs
• Drafting and reviewing contracts of employment,employee handbooks, and day-to-day documents such as disciplinaryinvites and outcome letters
• Advising on TUPE, redundancy,discrimination, unfair dismissal, and other employment matters

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor or Lawyer (CILEx) with experience inEmployment Law, particularly in managing employment tribunallitigation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Capable of managing a diverse workload and meeting deadlines
• Team-oriented, and comfortable working autonomously in aremote or hybrid setting
