About the Role:

This is a position with a leading private practice, offering the chance to manage a diverse caseload from start to finish. You will provide high-quality advice on a full range of employment law matters, representing both individual and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Advising clients on employment rights, contracts, dismissals, grievances, and discrimination cases
Managing your own caseload independently, from initial consultation to resolution
Representing clients in employment tribunals and mediations as required
Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, handbooks, and policies
Providing clear, practical, and commercially-focused legal advice
Staying up to date with changes in employment law and advising clients accordingly

Requirements:

UK-qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE in employment law (essential)
Confident in handling cases independently within private practice
Strong communication skills, able to build rapport with a range of clients
Comfortable working remotely with excellent organisational skills
Experience in tribunal representation is advantageous
