Employment Associate – Edinburgh (Assignment 13629)

  • Join a leading global firm’s Employment Team handling contentious matters for clients in tech, retail, and finance.
  • Requires 4+ PQE, tribunal experience, and strong project management skills.
  • Scottish-qualified preferred, but AUS/NZ-qualified lawyers open to retraining will be considered.
  • Work on national and cross-border projects within the Employment & Reward Group.
  • Requires 2+ years’ experience in tribunal claims, restructuring, whistleblowing, M&A, and more.
  • You’ll collaborate closely with the Aberdeen Partner and wider UK team.

Senior Employment Solicitor – Glasgow (Assignment 17029)

  • Join a growing firm with a dedicated Employment Team.
  • Requires 4+ PQE and experience in tribunal advocacy, litigation, contracts, and compliance.
  • Ideal for someone ambitious with strong client service skills.

Employment Solicitor – Glasgow (Assignment 17151)

  • Work with an established client base, delivering tailored legal solutions.
  • Requires 4+ PQE and experience with TUPE, due diligence, contracts, exit arrangements, and post-termination restrictions.
