A local council staffing agency is seeking an experienced Employment Law Legal Executive for a temporary role in Bradford. This position involves managing a caseload of equal pay claims and providing legal advice on relevant employment law. The role:

On behalf of a local council, we are seeking an Employment Legal Executive, for approximately 1 to 2 months.

The team are looking for an experienced employment Legal Executive to manage anticipated influx of equal pay claims, to start as soon as possible.

You needs to be an organised person, with good communication skills and experience of dealing with equal pay claims.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle a caseload of Equal Pay claims from initial instruction through to resolution.
Advise on all aspects of employment law relevant to Equal Pay, including statutory frameworks and case law developments.
Work closely with HR, finance, and senior stakeholders to ensure cases are managed effectively and risks are mitigated.
Provide clear, concise legal advice and maintain high standards of documentation and case management.



What the client is looking for:

Qualified Legal Executive, Solicitor, or Barrister with demonstrable experience in employment law.
Strong track record of handling Equal Pay claims in the public or private sector.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Immediate availability or short notice period preferred.
