A financial services firm in Birmingham is seeking an Employment Law & HR Relationship Manager to deliver relationship-managed services to clients. You will build lasting relationships and provide commercial advice while encouraging the use of digital self-service channels. The ideal candidate should have professional qualifications in Employment Law or HR and extensive experience in client relations and complex advisory roles.

We’ll look to you to deliver excellent service to your portfolio of clients, either through face to face meetings or video, telephone and email channels. Through a proactive contact strategy, you’ll be working to really understand their needs and provide them with commercial and profitable advice, while encouraging them to adopt and use Mentor’s digital and self-service channels where appropriate.

You’ll have extensive experience in a role relating to health and safety employment law, employment relations or HR, and you’ll also have a background in dealing with the provision of advice for complex matters.
