Job Purpose

To provide HR and Employment advice to a wide variety of clients of Peninsula Business Services throughout different sectors within the Advice Team across Northern Ireland and Great Britain.

Job Overview

The role requires working in a team to provide legally compliant advice to clients via telephone, video conferencing, and email on all aspects of HR and Employment Law. The goal is to support clients' business needs while highlighting any non-compliance and associated risks.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Ensure continuous updating of personal knowledge of HR and Employment Law.
• Manage cases actively to resolution, building rapport with clients.
• Log all advice accurately into the internal system, taking ownership of ongoing cases.
• Provide clients with supporting information and documentation.
• Review client documentation and advise accordingly, considering their internal terms and conditions.
• Stay updated with internal training and legal updates to ensure advice compliance.
• Undertake and report on client visits as required.
• Follow protocols for case management and escalation.
• Coordinate with other specialist teams as needed.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by management.
• Conduct client visits as necessary.
