The role

This is a blended consultancy position, providing HR advice and hands-on support to our clients. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys doing both!

We believe in maintaining a healthy work-life balance. There is no work at home, no out-of-hours calls, and no time recording. You will see each case through from start to finish, building strong relationships with your clients.

Our client base spans various UK industries, ensuring no two days are the same.

The role involves:
- Working with clients to provide end-to-end telephone support for employee relations issues, including disciplinary, grievance, TUPE, and redundancy matters.
- Identifying and evaluating risks and claims to help clients make informed decisions.
- Providing ad hoc support such as HR training, facilitating meetings (e.g., disciplinary, grievance hearings), and potentially exit negotiations.
- Ensuring clients remain compliant in the ever-changing employment law landscape.

The person

- Experience providing employment legal advice in private practice, consultancy, or a minimum of 3-4 years in an internal HR role.
- Experience handling complex HR and employment law issues.
- Ability to independently and impartially conduct meetings with employees.
- Passion for helping clients achieve their business goals.
- Tact, diplomacy, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously.
- Commitment to self-development.
