Revolut is seeking an experienced Employment Counsel to help scale its employer-of-record product, GlobalHire. You will partner with Product, Engineering and Operations to automate labor law compliance, and design a robust legal infrastructure for regional expansion.

You will also manage external counsel across multiple jurisdictions, draft critical amendments to T&Cs, and address potential litigation risks as the primary legal point of contact.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience as a qualified employment lawyer in a top-tier law firm or multinational in-house legal department.
• Solid knowledge of employment laws.
• Fluency in English and another European language.
• Excellent legal research skills.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Product, Engineering and Operations to automate labor law compliance into controls.
• Design legal infrastructure to support regional expansion.
• Act as primary liaison for external counsel across jurisdictions.
• Draft deal-critical amendments to Terms & Conditions.
• Manage potential litigation risks.
