What You’ll Do:
You’ll be out in the community, providing hands-on job training and support to students at various work sites. One day, you might be coaching someone through their first interview; the next, you’re helping them master on-the-job tasks or advocating for workplace accommodations. You'll also work directly with local businesses to create inclusive employment opportunities.
This role is equal parts mentor, coach, problem-solver, and cheerleader—and it’s never boring.

Who You Are:
• You’ve got an associate degree and a strong sense of purpose
• You believe in the power of inclusion and person-centered support
• You’re energized by working with teens and young adults
• You’re organized, adaptable, and quick on your feet
• You’re a great communicator and relationship-builder
• You’ve got a valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, and a willingness to travel between sites

Bonus Points If You Have:
• Experience working with people with disabilities
• Training in job coaching or employment supports
• ACRE or CESP certification (or the willingness to get certified within a year—we’ll help you with that)

Why This Job Rocks:
• You’ll be part of a mission-driven team with over 60 years of impact
• Every day is different, rewarding, and meaningful
• You’ll get to build real connections—with students, families, and employers
• You’ll have the freedom to be creative and resourceful in your work
