Job summary

The Forward Trust is seeking compassionate Employment Specialists to join the Connect to Work team across Folkestone/Hythe and Dover. This full-time role (35 hours) may consider part-time hours based on need.

• Experience supporting people facing barriers to employment or similar roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with diverse groups and communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide CV writing, job applications and interview support.
• Deliver career coaching, confidence building and job-search assistance.
• Conduct one-to-one and group support sessions.
• Build relationships with local employers and identify opportunities.
• Support inclusive workplaces and reasonable adjustments.
