Overview

Location: West London (Community Based with flexibility)

Salary: £29,000 - £38,000 per annum (based on experience)

The Role

As an Employment Specialist, you will be focused on making sure a person’s journey into employment, with associated improved social inclusion and wellbeing is as easy as possible.

  • You will work remote and in the community with clients (managing a caseload) who have a range of needs and assist them in securing sustainable paid employment in line with their preferences.
  • If you are a confident communicator who has worked in a customer facing or person centred role and want to make a real difference to people across West London, then we want to hear from you.
The ideal candidate will
  • Be an excellent and confident communicator, with the ability to deal with a range of stakeholders
  • Have experience/understanding of working with people with health conditions /disabilities, substance misuse needs, or a similar client group within health, social services or the voluntary sector
  • Have experience of working with someone on a one-to-one basis
  • Have proven experience of meeting and exceeding outcomes and targets
  • Have experience of managing multiple tasks at any one time
