Yolk Recruitment Limited is seeking an Employment Associate Solicitor to join a growing Commercial Litigation and Employment team in Swansea. You will advise on contentious and non-contentious matters and help grow the employment practice.

You will work with the Employment Director, handle a broad caseload, and have the opportunity for flexible/hybrid working and client contact.

Qualifications

• Experience in employment law
• Strong drafting skills
• Commercial awareness
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills

Responsibilities

• Advise on a broad range of employment matters, including disputes and tribunals
• Draft employment contracts, policies and procedures
• Support TUPE transfers and business restructures
• Develop and maintain client relationships
• Collaborate with the Corporate & Commercial team on employment-related matters
