Purpose of the Role
We are seeking an Associate with a combination of contentious and non-contentious employment law experience, to join our team in Scotland. You will have in the region of 2 – 5 years post-qualifying experience.
Addleshaw Goddard has implemented a flexible, hybrid working model that combines office-based and remote work arrangements, allowing for a balanced and adaptable work environment. Occasional travel between UK offices may be required.

What to Expect in This Role
You will provide comprehensive employment advice on issues including discrimination law, executive exits, industrial relations, restructuring, employment tribunal litigation, and support work for clients in Scotland, England, and Wales. Experience in business immigration and tribunal advocacy is advantageous but not essential.
