This highly regarded international law firm is seeking an Employment Associate with 4-5 years' post-qualification experience to join its leading Employment team in London. The role offers the opportunity to advise on complex and high-value employment matters for major UK and international clients across a wide range of sectors.
The successful candidate will have 4-5 years of post-qualification experience in employment law gained at a reputable UK practice. You will have demonstrable expertise in strategic advisory work, complex tribunal litigation, senior-level grievances and terminations, DSARs, discrimination and whistleblowing claims, and cross-border matters. Experience with employment aspects of M&A and outsourcing transactions, as well as High Court litigation, would be advantageous.
