As an Employment Associate, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Advising on all aspects of employment law, with a focus on the employer side of the practice.
  2. Handling a mixed caseload for both employers and senior executives on contentious, non-contentious, and transactional matters.
  3. Working across various sectors, including private, public, and third sector clients.
  4. Managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision.
  5. Delivering high-quality and timely legal services.
