  • Maintain robust communication with stakeholders, including case studies, marketing outcomes, customer data, and MI.
  • Organize and attend networking events, recruitment fairs, and conferences to promote the program.
  • Support interventions related to construction and the built environment, supporting the Build Salford Strategy.
  • Develop ongoing relationships with previous service users to generate repeat business.
  • Work flexible hours, including evenings (until 7pm) and Saturday mornings (until 1pm).

About You:

  • Approachable and able to build rapport.
  • Dynamic, tenacious, and committed to achieving outcomes.
  • Act as an ambassador for GC and Salford Council.
  • Knowledge of welfare to work and the customer base.
  • Understanding of ESOL requirements and barriers.
  • Effective team player.
  • Good time management and workload planning skills.

Skills Required:

  • Previous sales experience and negotiation skills.
  • Results-driven with experience in target-driven environments.
  • Strong recruitment skills.
  • Knowledge of the local labor market and growth industries.
  • Experience working with challenging targets and securing placements.
  • Experience supporting candidates with disabilities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with businesses at all levels.

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all, including vulnerable adults and young people. All appointments are subject to Safer Recruitment procedures, including a DBS check conducted by Due Diligence Limited (DDC Ltd). Successful candidates will not pay for this check.

We promote workforce diversity and provide a guaranteed interview scheme for candidates meeting essential criteria, including those with disabilities or from diverse ethnic backgrounds.

As part of our application process, you can request consideration under this scheme if you are from an ethnic community or have a disability that affects daily activities. Your application will only be shared with relevant hiring personnel.
