Main duties of the job

You will be a part of our dynamic and innovative Employment Support team, working alongside clinicians to provide person-centred care and deliver exceptional outcomes for the people who access our service.Your role will be diverse and versatile. One day, you might review a CV, conduct a mock interview, and provide assertiveness training. The next day, you could be liaising with the Job Centre Plus, speaking with an employer, or engaging with the local community to build relationships and raise awareness.Please see attached job description/person specification for further details.
