A leading health company in Basildon seeks an Employment Advisor to provide support in gaining employment and collaborating with clinicians. This role involves both working remotely and in-office. Candidates should have at least a Grade C in GCSE English and Maths, and experience in career advice is essential. They offer a supportive culture and opportunities for career development.
Employment Advisor to join Vita Health Group in Basildon and Brentwood. We are recognised as one of the UKs best health care companies to work for. We are a people-centred company that supports careers growth and development for our staff.
You will work within an employment advice service, collaborating with clinicians who provide psychological therapies to people with common mental health problems. You will offer employment support to service users to gain, return to or retain employment. The role involves working with job centres (including some face-to-face visits across the region), employers, trade unions and employment agencies to keep people in employment and secure employment opportunities. You will also help create a culture of prevention and early intervention ensuring timely access to health support and suitable employment support to avoid long-term unemployment. This role involves remote working and approximately one day in our Basildon office per week.
