Working with learners, employers and referral partners, you will combine individual coaching with practical job-search support and occasional group sessions. This is an autonomous role within an ambitious, evolving business.
What you'll be doing
Who we're looking for
We are particularly interested in people with experience in employability, welfare-to-work, recruitment, careers guidance, employer engagement, charities or community support. Direct experience working with disadvantaged learners is welcome but not essential; transferable skills and attitude are equally important.

Basic salary £25,000-£32,000 depending on experience, plus £20 for each qualifying verified employment outcome. Current team members typically earn approximately £200-£400 per month in bonus, with higher amounts possible during particularly busy periods. Home-based, with regular travel; reasonable business travel expenses are covered. We have one opportunity focused on Devon and another on Oxford / Thames Valley.
