Palladium is hiring an Employment Advisor for a 12-month fixed-term contract in our Southampton office, with travel to other Hampshire offices as needed. You will guide customers through the Restart Scheme, build tailored action plans, and foster relationships with employers, Job Centre teams, and partners to reach sustainable employment goals.

This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract position in our busy Southampton office. The employee may be required to travel to other offices within Hampshire. In such instances, travel costs will be reimbursed by Palladium.

As anEmployment Advisor you will be the foundation of this support. You will guidethe customer through their time on the scheme, making sure to promote andcelebrate positive change as well as have the confidence to challenge mindsetsand behaviours. The role will require you to build genuine workingrelationships with customers, taking time to understand their situation,identify the barriers stopping them from achieving their potential, and createstructured workplans to make sure the combined goal of gaining sustainableemployment is achieved.
As therole of Employment Advisor is target driven, the ability to help customersachieve their goals with pace and urgency is essential. The role requiresstrong organisational skills to make sure customers are seen as much aspossible, ensuring Key Performance Indicators are met within all compliancestandards, so that customers receive the highest quality service. You willbe responsible for your own performance but will have the support of a widerteam, building relationships with our in-house Employment Facilitator andEmployment Solutions team, as well as with our external partners, all workingtogether to help customers achieve their goals.

The salary range for this role is: £27,976 to £29,000 .
