We are excited to recruit an Employer Solutions Associate Director who can be based out of one of our national offices. The role involves leading on the needs of a diverse range of clients in providing share scheme and incentive structuring, tax advice, and implementation support. You will have significant client contact and provide leadership to junior colleagues in the team.

You will make an impact by:

  1. Meeting with clients to discuss their business and incentive needs, then working on the design of new employee incentive schemes.
  2. Building strong capability within teams, recognizing and responding to individual strengths and client requirements.
  3. Motivating your team and ensuring maximum efficiency of reward spend.
  4. Providing advice on the tax treatment of a wide range of share plans during implementation and operation, and on transactions.
  5. Implementing share plan structures, including preparing the necessary legal documentation.
  6. Advising on the valuation of shares for tax purposes.
  7. Working alongside RSM colleagues globally to advise on international share incentive structures.
  8. Briefing junior staff on client business and project instructions, supervising work, and providing training and appraisals as needed.
