We are recruiting for an Employer Solutions Assistant Manager based in our London, Bristol, Manchester, Leeds, Edinburgh, or Preston offices. The role involves supporting diverse clients with share scheme and incentive structuring, tax advice, and implementation support. You will have significant client contact and support senior colleagues in the team.

You’ll make an impact by:

  1. Meeting with clients to discuss their business and incentive needs, designing new employee incentive schemes.
  2. Motivating your team to ensure maximum efficiency of reward spend.
  3. Providing advice on the tax treatment of share plans during implementation and operation, including transactions.
  4. Implementing share plan structures and preparing legal documentation.
  5. Advising on share valuation for tax purposes.
  6. Collaborating with RSM colleagues worldwide to advise on international share incentive structures.
