About the Role
You will collaborate with Careers and Enterprise staff to develop a comprehensive programme of activities and events for employers to engage with, aiming to enhance graduate outcomes and foster alumni support for current students both within the UK and internationally.
About You
We seek a candidate to lead employer support for specific academic Schools and sectors, working closely with the Employer Engagement Team, academic leaders, Careers Consultants, and programme teams to ensure coordinated external engagement. A commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion is essential.
About the Department
The Careers and Enterprise Team aims to enhance the employability of Queen Mary students from enrollment through three years post-graduation, comprising around 60 staff working with academic schools and employers to provide inclusive career support and opportunities.
