You will proactively source new employers, understand their recruitment needs, and work towards exceeding engagement targets. The ideal candidate has proven experience in the Employability sector, excellent sales and networking skills, and a full driving license. The position offers a salary of up to £40,000 plus bonus, with excellent benefits.

This is a fast-paced employer engagement and relationship building role. We require a proactive and dynamic individual with experience working at pace within a W2W / Employability employer engagement role.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Proactively source and engage with new employers within the North West to promote our clients' pre-employment training courses and secure commitments for interviews and job placements.
  2. Work closely with employers to understand their vacancy requirements and recruitment needs, and communicate this back to the learner engagement team.
  3. Work towards and exceed employer engagement targets.
  4. Stay updated on industry trends, employer needs, and funding opportunities to maximize growth.
Essential Criteria:
  1. A proactive, results-driven individual with proven experience in securing new employer relationships within the Employability / W2W sector.
  2. Knowledge of the local labour market and strong DWP links.
  3. Exceptional sales, marketing, and networking skills.
  4. Proven experience in negotiating, winning, and closing new business.
  5. Experience working towards and achieving targets.
  6. Full, clean driving license and use of a vehicle.
  7. Flexibility with travel.
