Ingeus UK is seeking an Employer Engagement Consultant in Lewisham to build strong relationships with local employers and create sustainable job opportunities for participants.

You will identify leads through networking, partner with Employment Advisors to align candidate readiness with employer needs, and provide post-placement support to ensure long-term employment success while working to KPIs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• A strong understanding of local labour market trends, employer needs and recruitment practices.
• Experience in employer engagement, account management, recruitment, business development or employability services.
• Excellent networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage confidently with employers, stakeholders and community partners.
• Experience of working in a sales/target driven environment.
• Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills.
• The ability to identify opportunities and convert employer engagement into sustainable employment outcomes.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for establishing sustainable employment opportunities for our participants.
