As a fixed-term (12 month) Employer Brand Specialist, you will support our Americas and EMEA Employer Brand Lead on end-to-end recruitment marketing campaigns that build brand awareness and drive applications from our key talent segments. You will work across channels including our careers website, blog, social media, email marketing, and programmatic advertising. Your storytelling skills will help bring our employer value proposition to life, creating engaging content for candidates and internal campaigns to involve current employees in our branding efforts. A key project will be integrating our new Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) system.
