We're on an exciting journey to bring our employer brand to life—and we’re looking for a creative, curious, and hands-on Employer Brand & Recruitment Marketing Specialist to join us. This role offers an excellent platform for someone looking to grow their career in employer branding and recruitment marketing, with the opportunity to contribute to global projects, work closely with senior stakeholders, and learn within a supportive, team-oriented environment.
In this role, you’ll support the development and activation of Howden’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP), working closely with the Early Careers & Employer Brand Lead and in collaboration with Talent Management. You’ll also help bring our brand to life through engaging, multi-channel campaigns that attract and inspire early career and experienced talent across our global footprint.
