Compare the Market is seeking an Employer Brand Executive (12-month FTC) in Peterborough to develop, evolve and amplify our employer brand. You will create content, manage online channels and identify opportunities to position Compare the Market as a great place to work for candidates and colleagues throughout their lifecycle.

We’re looking for a creative, organised professional who can build internal networks and showcase what makes Compare the Market a standout place to build a career.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong employer brand aligned to talent needs.
• Publish content across channels (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, careers site).
• Support a thought leadership programme for key individuals.
• Identify content from internal/external comms for employer branding.
• Coordinate presence at key events for the brand.
• Seek opportunities to amplify employer brand via merchandise and partnerships.
• Manage projects to budget with timely outputs and measurable outcomes.
