A leading global organisation is seeking a skilled HR Advisor to provide first-line HR support and expert guidance to managers and employees across Europe. This role offers the opportunity to work in a friendly, busy environment where you will manage a variety of people-related matters and employee relations cases from start to resolution. You will need to have experience supporting European countries with HR support and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

Advise and coach managers on HR issues including performance, absence, grievance, disciplinary, and probation matters.

Manage a caseload of employee relations cases end-to-end, ensuring timely and legally sound outcomes.

Support HR processes including redundancy, Occupational Health referrals, and reasonable adjustments.

Draft documentation such as letters and meeting notes, and contribute to workshops and manager training.

Analyse HR data and trends to support policy improvements.

Stay informed on employment law and HR best practices across multiple jurisdictions.

Requirements:

CIPD qualification (or working towards) preferred.

Strong understanding of employment law and European HR practices.

Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.

Experience managing ER cases within a regulated, professional environment.

Confident, self-motivated, and outcome-focused with a high level of professionalism.
