Job description

A leading global organisation is seeking a skilled HR Advisor to provide first-line HR support and expert guidance to managers and employees across Europe. This role offers the opportunity to work in a friendly, busy environment where you will manage a variety of people-related matters and employee relations cases from start to resolution. You will need to have experience supporting European countries with HR support and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise and coach managers on HR issues including performance, absence, grievance, disciplinary, and probation matters.

  • Manage a caseload of employee relations cases end-to-end, ensuring timely and legally sound outcomes.

  • Support HR processes including redundancy, Occupational Health referrals, and reasonable adjustments.

  • Draft documentation such as letters and meeting notes, and contribute to workshops and manager training.

  • Analyse HR data and trends to support policy improvements.

  • Stay informed on employment law and HR best practices across multiple jurisdictions.

Requirements:
  • CIPD qualification (or working towards) preferred.

  • Strong understanding of employment law and European HR practices.

  • Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.

  • Experience managing ER cases within a regulated, professional environment.

  • Confident, self-motivated, and outcome-focused with a high level of professionalism.
