Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven HR advisory experience focused on employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and best practices in employee relations.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Experience in delivering training to managers and teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on disciplinary procedures and grievances.
• Handle day-to-day queries and escalate to the HRBP as needed.
• Lead and assist in formal investigations.
• Support managers with performance issues and PIPs.
• Coordinate and deliver training sessions on HR topics.
• Assist payroll support during absences and gaps.
• Maintain accurate employee records related to investigations and performance.
