Job description

We are working with a global financial services client in their recruitment of an Employee Relations Specialist to come in on a 6 month contract to support a restructure project. You will play a pivotal role in leading the HR workstream, managing redundancy consultations, settlement agreements and documentation, advising employees and guiding the process.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support collective consultation processes as well as one on one redundancy conversations
  • Work closely with the wider HR team to ensure the project is kept on track from a time management perspective.
  • Coordinate and run consultation meetings, liaise with stakeholders and maintain documentation.
  • Ensure clear communication with employees in line with UK employment law advising on any questions or issues.
  • Provide day-to-day employee relations support alongside the project and there will be potential other projects to support.
