Job description

We are partnered with a global professional services company in their recruitment of an Employee Relations Specialist or HR Business Partner with a strong Employee Relations leaning. This will be a varied and hands on role supporting the business with all aspects of Employee Relations as well as on various projects due to restructure. The successful candidate will be a proactive team player with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders and advise in a proactive manner. This will be a 3-6 month contract role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide expert advice, guidance, and coaching to managers on a wide range of employee relations issues, ensuring the interpretation of policies and procedures is clear and consistent.
- Manage employee relations cases effectively, including investigations, disciplinary actions, grievances, capability assessments, absence management, flexible working requests and employment tribunal cases.
- Monitor trends in employee relations cases and contribute to routine reporting for HR teams and senior management.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues to maintain a consistent, fair, and inclusive approach to employee relations.
- Support restructure projects, acting as first point of contact for queries and subject matter expert on individual and collective redundancy processes.
- Provide documentation, administration and coordination of meetings.
