  • Annual leave – 33 days (including bank holidays)

  • Proven experience in an HR advisory role or managing complex ER cases

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing guidance to managers on employee relations issues
  • Managing personal caseloads and monitoring case progression
  • Referring complex cases to specialists
  • Advising on employment lifecycle matters and participating in HR projects
  • Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and training efforts
  • Analyzing recurring issues and implementing solutions
  • Ensuring adherence to HR policies and supporting change management
  • Updating policies and reviewing processes
  • Managing a caseload to balance proactive and reactive HR services

The successful candidate will work closely with managers to strengthen HR advisory capacity, managing complex employee relations cases, and supporting the organization’s growth and development. This role offers exposure to a broad range of HR matters, including sickness management, investigations, and disciplinary procedures.

The position is based at our Head Office in Hesslewood Country Business Park, with occasional travel to our services, requiring access to a vehicle.
