Job Description:

Are you an experienced HR professional with extensive employee relations case management experience, excellent employment law knowledge, and the confidence to advise and coach managers on employee relations issues?

We are partnering with a leading organization on the outskirts of South Manchester to recruit an Employee Relations Specialist.

In this role, you will work as part of a collaborative team, focusing on employee relations casework including disciplinaries and dismissals, and managing Employment Tribunals. You will provide guidance on HR policies and procedures, and help develop strategies to improve employee relations and engagement.

We seek a candidate with high-volume employee relations experience, strong employment law knowledge, good judgment skills, and the ability to engage colleagues at all levels.

The role is office-based four days a week with one day remote working.
