Employee Relations Specialist

Thales is seeking an Employee Relations (ER) Specialist to join our HR team. The successful candidate will handle ER casework of mid-range complexity and risk, working across locations such as Crawley, Cheadle, Reading, or Glasgow.

The Role

As an ER Specialist, you will proactively work across the business to anticipate and manage risks. You should be a skilled communicator, capable of coaching and advising effectively, and an influential presence when dealing with ambiguity.

You will identify, communicate, and manage risks, seeking mutually beneficial outcomes. You will support colleagues and managers by designing and delivering training on ER policies and processes.

This role requires a strong understanding of employment legislation to ensure legal compliance and effective risk mitigation. The candidate must be organized, able to prioritize cases based on their importance, and plan clearly with stakeholders.
